What the experts say.

Doctor with a stethoscope in the hands and hospital background.

"We believe that being vitamin D sufficient will help improve immune function and help fight infections, including possibly influenza virus."

Dr. Holick
Professor of medicine, physiology and biophysics at Boston University School of Medicine who wrote a review on the subject for The New England Journal of Medicine in July 2007.

“If you have an indoor sedentary lifestyle and you eat garbage instead of a good diet and you don't take vitamin supplements and you're obese, you're likely going to have health problems. All of those things drive down vitamin D levels."

Barbara Gilchrest, MD,
Professor of dermatology at Boston University who has also written about vitamin D.

What is Vitamin D?

The ‘Sunshine Vitamin’ is produced by your body when it’s exposed to sunlight directly. Everyone should have an adequate quantity of Vitamin D as it ensures the development of bones and teeth, and maintains a healthy immune system.

A research study published recently in 2019 concluded that vitamin D supplements taken by oral sprays are equally effective as taking tablets.

Support health of immune system: Vitamin D is also best in maintaining the proper health of the immune system. It causes the maturation of immune cells present within our body. This makes us more immune and we get protected from various sorts of microbial infections.1

D-K2 COMPLEX

It is worth highlighting here that vitamin D-K2 is somewhat a complex of two vitamins: vitamin D and vitamin K2. The oral sprays containing the D-K2 complex are extremely useful and are used by a variety of patients.
